About Us

SpectraSensyX is a spin-out company from the University of Maribor, incorporated in 2025. The technologies underpinning our sensors and systems were originally developed by the Laboratory for Electro-Optics and Sensor Systems at the University of Maribor’s Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (UM FERI).

The SpectraSensyX team brings decades of combined academic and industrial expertise in the fields of sensors, optical fibers, and optoelectronic systems.
